Every participant is required to agree to the terms & conditions of The Flow Hub & sign a medical waiver for Alderford Lake. (Alderfords waiver can be signed on the premises but please give yourself plenty of time if doing it on the day) Refund/Rescheduling policy: You have the flexibility to rearrange your session anytime up to 24 hours before it begins. If we do not have any future events to book, I will supply you with a discount code for the amount you paid that you can use on any future event. Refunds are not accepted.
