Restorative breathwork& cold water exposure
Refresh Your Vitality, Reconnect with Peace: Embark on Your Journey with Restorative Breathwork

What is restorative breathwork
Restorative breathwork activates our parasympathetic nervous system and vagus nerve leaving us feeling calm and peaceful. Our mediation will be centered around overcoming obstacles in our life and connecting without strengths.
What to expect
The session begins with the theory underpinning the session. We will then move into a warm up movement practice focussing on warming up a diaphragm muscles, followed by a 30 minute breathwork session before transitioning to the water. We will conclude with an ecstatic dance and warm-up practice.

You will learn how to use the breath and attention of the mind to stay calm and focused.
